Thanksgiving, Christmas Around the World, and Studying

I can't believe how long it has been since my last blog post... quite a bit has happened, but I will try to just hit on the big things. Thanksgiving was very relaxing.  I loved being home and with my family.  I got to sleep in my own bed and my mom's amazing cooking.  On that Friday we went shopping then my family, Chad and I went up to see the lights on Temple Square.  I also had my first taste of Chick-fil-a with Chad then attempted to make a secret compartment in a book... neither of us got very far.
This past week was Christmas Around the World rehearsals then performances.  It was a week full of late nights early mornings and dancing in layers of fabric.  I got to dance two different dances, one was Krakowiak a Polish dance (red costume) and the other was Hora Chatuna an Israeli dance (blue costume).  It was an absolute blast though!  We got to perform four times and of course I loved every performance.
This Tuesday I talked to my surgeon about having my gallbladder removed.  I am going to have it removed on next Thursday, so hopefully all of my finals will be done!  Recovery time should be quick and hopefully I will be completely healed for school when it starts a couple weeks later.
The rest of my week has been filled with studying and preparing for finals... its great!
